These Terms of Use govern your use of Water Tracker & Reminder ("the App"), provided by Kseniia Protsiuk. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Purpose of the App

The App helps you keep a personal drink diary, calculate an approximate daily hydration goal, review progress, and receive local reminders. The App is provided for informational and general wellness purposes only.

No Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device or medical service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. If you have medical conditions, fluid restrictions, pregnancy, heavy training needs, or other special circumstances, follow advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase for Premium access. Premium may unlock features such as an expanded drink catalog, period statistics, and dark mode.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID after you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Free trials or introductory offers, when available, are handled according to App Store rules.

Local Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Deleting the App or resetting App data may remove local history from your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
